Apartment Review for Lake Howell Arms Condo

You can not make a left hand turn onto the main highway from this place. You have to go down and make a u-turn in the median to go left. There is no washer dryer hookups in my condo, but I live in a studio. I hate having to do my laundry on the premises, one of the machines are always broken and you never know which one it is going to be, so you just chance it. It is noisy here during the weekdays by the pool, someone is always working on a balcony hammering and using saws and drills. If it isn't the noise from them, it is noise from the lawnmowers and such. During the weekend it is much quieter by the pool though. I love that it looks over the lake. The place is very clean in my studio and I love that a lot. The people who work in the office are useless, I quit even talking with them to try to get them to do anything. I like that i have assigned parking spot. I dont have a porch or balcony so it feels a little closterphobic in here for there is only 2 windows and the frig is blocking the view of one of them. During the night there is no noise, very quiet and I love that a lot!! No pets allowed so I never hear barking dogs or anything. There are a lot of cats here though even though it says no pets. The doors are inside a hallway and it always stinks really bad of cigarette smoke and it comes in to my place. I hate that. so overall i have mixed feelings of living here, it is good and it is bad.
