I have lived here for 3 years and have not had a problem yet. If i have something broken they always fix it within a decent amount of time.
It is for the most part a quiet place to live.
Neighbors are friendly.
Most of the stuff in my apartment is new.
I had 2 of my friends move here recently because the rent is so cheap and the inside of the apartments are nice from the ones i have seen.

Service requests were frequently ignored, 5 months, 7 complaints later they fixed the problems.
Besides that, if you decide to move in, get one close to the roads cause of better lighting, the cars towards the back (where it's dark) have been known to get broken into, but the ones upfront by 436, and the side entrance is perfectly fine.
