Review for Regency Oaks Apartments

its cheap for a reason. the apartment takes advantage of anything they can grab. my apartment ac never worked....barely blew out any air and it is the middle of summer in florida i might add. they try to squeeze any money out of you. they never gave me a copy of my lease and at the end of my lease term said i didnt sign a paper stating i was moving out so i have to pay half of august's rent. even though i never received a copy of my lease showing this its still my fault. maintenance sucks a big one. and everyone there needs to take a couple classes of customer service. and i never felt safe walking around at night b/c the gate is never closed!!!!!
