Review for The Grand Reserve At Park Place Apartments

There is ongoing construction, and yes the mexicans are here and the are dirty. They are workers thats why they get dirty.
My apartment is just done with being fixed and yes it took about 4 month instead of the promised 6-8 weeks.
Management have never lied to me and they have been very helpful to me.
It is not that cheap to live here but it is nice apartments very central located in Pinellas
