Apartment Review for The Hampton At Clearwater

My apartment is a very spacious one bedroom, 850 sq ft with a screened in balcony, walk-in closet,and ample amount of cabinets with a fully applianced kitchen. The rent includes electric, sewer, garbage, basic cable, pest control, and 15 meals! I took advantage of the reserved covered parking space and the extra storage rental as well. From my balcony I enjoy my view of Ruth Eckerd Hall and watching the sunrise every morning, it's my daily dose of FLorida sunshine & Vitamin D. The pool and hot tub are wonderful not to mention a beautiful routine of my morning view.

My favorite amenity is the flexibility regarding the Dining Room. Opeions include dining-in, picking-up, or room delivery. I utilize the laundry facilities; library, and entertainment rooms for things like movies, card games, and fitness.

My neighbors are able to use the bus to & from the scheduled grocery stores, Plazas, malls, and restaurants. When I need to I'll be using it too.

Regarding expense and quality, the Hamptons, in my opinion, is the finest in Senior Living.
