Apartment Review for Vinings At Countryside

MOLD.....within a month of living there, the complex was on the local news channel for mold issues. A few months later they appeared again on the local news and tons of residents were given a 7 day notice to switch apartments or move...with no help....shortly after came Enviromental Services Vans!

PARKING & LIGHTING......simple, where? Pay an additional $100.00 a month for a garage.....walking distance between 150 feet - 700 feet depending on availability.

MANAGEMENT & STAFF.......Thumb's Up to Tony for TRYING!!...everyone else....middle finger all around. Absolutely NO communication from STAFF to residents. Just KEEP CALLING!

SECURITY......we have a GATE...but it is either open FOREVER...or they just simply don't put your name in so really it's not DELIVERY....just hope your friends and family can follow someone in and pray a robber/rapist etc. is not following them. Otherwise meet them at the GATE!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION......currently they are in a remodel stage, replacing windows and whatever else to try and improve, but say HELLO to the workers because they are your NEW NEIGHBORS!!!........they gather around vehicles at night.....they make a LOT of noise....and like to walk around outside with there shirts off...YUCK!
