Apartment Review for Cagan Crossings

I have now phone maintenance twice already re: my a/c & toilet noices. They came once, left a note stating what they fixed...B.S!!!! NOTHING changed...I'm not stupid!
I am now still having issues w/ my a/c & it's now July!!! This will be my 3rd attempt to get some frigid air in this place.
I'm sure other apt complex's atleast offer you free cable/air/water etc. Not here!
