I have lived at Cagan Crossings for eight years and all has been well....until Laurie Cambero became Property Manager. An apartment above me, 2BR/2BA was leased to an elderly couple, their two grown daughters, 2 young grand children, and a large boxer dog. The yelling,jumping, running, dog being left on the porch crying, barking, urinating and pooping on the porch running down on my entry way, and Laurie would do NOTHING to correct the problem. I am sad to leave the property but cannot deal with the lack of management anymore.

We have lived here a year and are on a temporary month/month lease for 3 months only now. Will be moving out in about a week. We live in the Ridgepoint section. The Aurora section is less expensive but they are Section 8 income restricted and much older. My only real complaint is the traffic on 192! It is horrible, especially during the summer tourist season! Not to mention all the apartment complexes & condo's they are building on hwy 27 that will substantially increase traffic! It is not uncommon for it to take 30+ minutes to drive the 10 miles or so to I-4 when traffic is running normally during the day! Too much traffic and too many stop lights are the problems! If you can deal with the traffic this is a great place to live! The managers of the ridgepoint section are great! I have heard a lot of complaints about the Aurora section but I can only speak for the area we live in. The reason we are moving is to be closer to my job, which will save me between 2 to 3 hours of travel time, (not to mention gas), 5 days/week! <P>

I live in the Aurora section of Cagan Crossings and OUR manager is very nice. She's patient and understanding and always willing to help. I've heard not so good things about Ridgepointe's manager, but it's just hearsay. We've lived here for 2 years and it's the first place we've stayed for that long. The only problems we've had were with Maintenance. Their repair work was sloppy and half the time they didn't respond until after I called the office wondering where they were after 2 days. Overall, I do like living here and would recommend it to friends.
