Apartment Reviews for Sarah's Place - Clermont

Just like people to talk about were they last live yes the apartment ain't the best! Yes their are fleas in the apartment! Yes the carpets need to be replaced! But Nobody is trying to kill you like up north and the office is trying to fix it things were getting better with the old maneger K since we can't use name she was caring loving and very helpful to the community she got rid of alot of garbage in the community and I am talking about people but I guess corperate didn't like it because they got rid of her.... <P>

To all thoughs who read this were you live is what you make it . i have lived in Sarahs place for going on 2 years. Now mind you I have live over on the bad side and now I live on the good side or should I say what they consider the good side. To be honest it was getting alot better with the maneger that just got let go she was making alot of changes and thing were starting to look better. I would have to say every were you go theirs bad people but if you keep your nose clean and you help out your comunity things will get better. This apartment complex does need some help in getting it back up and running but it starts all in yourself. It's not the fault of the people who work here it's to blame the main corperate office for only worrying about the money. It would be nice to have the old crew back in the office K----, E----, J--,and A---- they realy worked as areal team.... <P>
