Apartment Review for Patrick Yon

This landlord is absolutely awful. Landlord Patrick Yon owns 511,515,525 Anastasia ave in coral gables. He is very stubborn and hard to deal with. He only talks to you to try to squeeze more money out of you. This man is money hungry. He does not care about his tenants. If there is something wrong in your apartment you are better off fixing it yourself because he will do a cheap job or make excuses as to why he can't fix it for you. He gets into your personal business and will go into your home without permission. There is no pest control. Termites, roaches, and bugs are everywhere!!! Apartments are old. Appliances are old. He has one washer and dryer that he provides for the for four buildings and those machines are disgusting. The dryer is so old that you have to dry your load multiple times in order to get your clothes to dry. This landlord is a scam artist and does not take good care of his property nor his tenants. Heed my warning... Stay as far away as possible from Patrick Yon.
