Been living here for a while now and happy to call this place home. Very kid freindly and residents seem to stay for years to come. It's located off the sawgrass express way so I get to work in minutes. Poperty is simply always beautiful and well kept. Sergio and the guys in maintanance are always quick to respond and the leasing office is helpful and open 7 days a week. Had an maintance emergency at 2 o'clock in mornning and they came within the hour. Reading about other people about the gate well.....the gate was always breaking down and cars would just follow you any way so not a big deal.

This place is too expensive. My lease is about to expire and to continue paying montly would cost me an extra $195! They're charging rent for a gated community but they never had the gate fixed so anyone can just drive in and out of the complex. The pool is never cleaned and the gym is outdated (the machines constantly squeek). The new manager is a snob. There's only one trash compactor, so if you live on the far end, you have to walk a long distance to throw your trash out. There's no neighborly appeal. If you are someone that's used to living in a friendly community, this is not the place for you. If you're thinking about moving in, think twice.
