Review for Grove At Turtle Run Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for two years too long. When we moved in, the shower had cracks, the kitchen floor was stained and disgusting, and the carpet was obviously not brand new. I cannot wait to get out! The office staff has been rude on a number of occassions. Today, after going to get an air filter at 1 minute past seven, my husband was told no and to come back tomorrow since they were closed and then she asked him if he knew how to tell time. A couple of weeks ago our apartment was burglarized and when I went to the front office their reply to me was, "What do you want me to do about it?".
Not to mention, the constant sketchy people walking around, the fact that the complex has been on channel 4 news for the constant car burglaries, and their disregard for privacy. Make sure to close your bathroom door when you shower since the staff and maintenance like to help themselves to go into apartments to do "checks". Furthermore, on two occassions recently the water was off for the entire day. The first time it happened, I was rudely told it would be three hours until it was restored....which ended up being a lie since it was actually off for the entire day into the night.
