Review for The Gove At Turtle Run Apartments

Ok! Where to start? Well, the condo is undergoing into painting the pavement, witch is chaos every time they’re here because is hard to find parking space… Anyways, the big problem is, they moved my SUV without my concern, no call from the management, no sign hanging in my door, no respect at all, and believe it or not, my truck was parked in a legal spot… OK! I got home after 8pm wed Night, July 08, 2009, and after notice that my SUV has been moved and parked in front of someone garage, I went to move to another legal spot. Then, My SUV was making a terrible noise when I turned the wheel. I call the office, around 8:15pm same day, and a girl called Victoria answered the phone and collect all my info and the problem as well. She said Francine, the Manager, would contact me the in the next day, and she never did. Called the office again, Thursday morning, around 11:00am, spoken with a gentleman by name Chris, he said that Francine would call me later. Again, she never did, and I called few times on Thursday, and Chris said the same thing. Called again on Friday around 10am, a lady called Marylyn said Francine wasn’t in the office either Thursday or Friday, and she was gone for the weekend, returning Monday morning … But Chris couldn’t tell me that…
Marylyn said they are only sales people and aren’t allowed to file complains…OK!
Called Saturday, and nobody there to help me out…
Went to the office Monday morning July 14th and finally got a hold of Francine, and very politely she heard me and gather my information again, to call me later… which she never did. Called this morning a few times, and couldn’t speak with her once again, and Jubilee , the assistant manager, said that Francine was with a client, and continued saying that Francine contact the Towing company, and they said that is impossible for they equipment to cause damage in my truck, which all of us know that this is a false statement , and unprepared people WILL damage your vehicle in most cases…she said I need to file a complain with my insurance conpany, and translating to the English she meant :We don’t give a s*** about your problem. I should have seen it coming the day I called and no one called me back for the matter, showing that there’s no respect with the people living here. All the reviews about The gate that doesn’t work, The garbage that is a mess every time, the lazy maintenance guys, the A/C that doesn’t work, they are all truth, but we can go around it. But my SUV damaged, it’s far beyond irresponsibility with my property, and far, far beyond dishonesty from the towing company, because they know they broke my car…did anybody have the same problem here? How is the best way to resolve this problem…
