Ok living for a decent rent. Management (Helen) is not so good, it becomes a hassle trying to deal with her, she does not try to help you and never answers the phone when she is in the office. Gates stay open, except for the west gate that they won't fix. roaches present. carpets are old. cabinets old. Its an issue with people speeding around the parking corners, i've almost been hit more than 6 times already. It has a pool and somewhat of a gym. If your someone who doesnt spend too much time at home it can be ok.
