Daytona Village Apartments is located off the 5A, near the Samuel L. Butts Archeological Park, just a mile from downtown Daytona Beach. Residents attending or working at Bethune-Cookman University will find themselves with a short commute, under a mile. If residents are looking to eat out, a variety of options are available along the 600, such as Daytona Brickyard, Pasha Middle East Foods, and Crab Stop. Although the location is convenient and the neighborhood is fairly quiet, reviewers disliked the apartment complex’s appearance and felt management could do a better job of maintaining the grounds and units.
