We lived here for a year. It was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with apartment living. The management was very nice when we were looking at the unit. However, once we lived there, they could not have cared less about us. Parking was always an issue. You were supposed to have a parking pass to park close to the units. Night after night, there were many cars (visitors) taking up prime parking. Management did nothing. Many college students live and party here. I felt like I was back in the college dorms again. I go to bed fairly late, but noisy parties would keep us up until 3 or 4 in the morning. Management did nothing. Once we watched a guy get beat up in the parking lot by by about 3 of our "neighbors" and 7 of their friends. The police did something about that. However, after that incident, we said "enough is enough" and wanted to move. Management said it would be $3000 to break our lease! We said we no longer felt safe, plus there was a waiting list for units--they would be able to rent it out right away. Management said it would still be $3000 to break our lease. We felt like prisoners. If you are considering renting here, spend some time on the property without a "salesperson". Try to park near a unit at 6pm. Most important, read your lease! Most apartments I've looked at in the past have charged a month's rent to break your lease--not this one! It would have been 2 month's rent, plus losing our security deposit. Oh yeah, after moving out, we got charged $400 for "cleaning". We cleaned throughly after getting everything out of the unit, but we paid it just to close this bad chapter in our apartment living.
