The managers should be fired. she doesn't own the place but yet she acts like she owns it. she doesn't follow any rental rule. she envade her tenants privacy and she is extremely very rude to the tentants. they make up their rule as they go along. the lock you out of your apartment before your lease is over even though you paid the rent. they violate every tenant right. she doesn't know any thing about customer service and you as the tenant will became their slave and live there like a prisoner. they are bitches and please please do not consider renting in Sutton Place. it will be your worst nightmare.
