I've lived here for several years, SO ready to move out! Stupid problems like the sprinklers always breaking so they shoot fountains of water. Cable/water is included - so that is cool. Maintenance is iffy - they come, then they forget to come back and fix things. May be better if you're older or have a family - no respect for college students! Right across from the ghetto. Ugly paint on the outside of buildings and horrendous awnings.
