I love this place! It is by far the nicest and most enjoyable place I have ever lived. There are def alot of college aged kids that live here but I def think it is a place to raise a family too. It is gated and very convenient but as far as the other two reviewers I'm not sure what building you guys live in but I for one never hear anyone outside when I am in my apartment. All my neighbors are nice and always greet you when you walk by. Like there isn't one bad thing that I can really say about Andros Isle. You won't find a nicer or safer place to live in Daytona Beach than Andros Isle. Basically short and sweet I Love It Here forsure!!

I like living here because everyone is friendly. Neighbors all say hi and there is always people at pool and club room. I like the late nights that they leave game room open! Nice to have a free place to play pool and Xbox with friends other than my place!
