Apartment Review for Emerald Park

I lived here recently. The grounds were run down with poor landscaping. There was parking but people dumped trash in the parking lot all the time (old furniture, old clothes, beer cans, etc.) The appliances are well beyond needing to be replaced. There is no water pressure. The carpets smell musty and management won't approve replacement. The AC system is very old and moldy. Do not move here if you have allergies. <P>
The Property Manager, Diane, has to be the most miserable human being walking the face of this earth. She will go out of her way to be nasty to the tenants. No smiling face there and unfortunately she forces her assistant to have that same demeanor with tenants. BAD CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS. <P>
THIS WOMAN NEEDS A SERIOUS REALITY CHECK. <P>
