I dunno what the other person is speaking about Laurie??? Laurie is the only manager i've ever had that gave a crap about where WE live. All the other managers clock in and clock out and don't even sees what goes on at the property at night. Laurie lives there, which says a lot. Laurie is the one that's on the property night or day regardless of what you or I do. Laurie is a very involved Manager, and to some that is not WELCOMED. Laurie doesn't even have a dog.. so who ever you are... get your story straight before you go pointing fingers at false accusations!! Maintenance is awesome, very fast and efficient. Management is extremely friendly and actually cares about you as a person. You just have to talk to them, and keep them informed. Yes that means if you are having more than 1 guest get a guest pass or the car will be towed. Over all we have a very quiet neighborhood that i personally enjoy living in. It's quiet and nobody bothers me!!

I remember the neighborhood to be on the rough side, but after checking it out, it was better than expected.
The previous reviews are correct when it comes to the girls, they are extremely polite. Yes the parking is tough, but i really only see someone complaining if they are trying to hide something.
Laurie is extremely lenient with the rent and as long as you live up to your agreement with her. The apartments are a bit on the older side, but once again, you get what you pay for.
I LOVE my apartment. I LOVE the staff.

The apartments are older so they are not in the greatest of condition. Maintenance are fast and professional. The office staff are the greatest!
For the size at a good price and friendly staff you can't go wrong!
The property use to have some issues, but it seems new management has cleaned it up quit nicely.
