Review for Sutton Place Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for about 2.5 years and have to move because of his job. We have enjoyed our time here very much. The apartments are not the newest but as far as the townhouses go they are very spacious and well layed out. I never heard my neighbors unless they were closing a cabinet in the kitchen. If you are looking for brand-new than this is not the place for you but if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable this is a great place. My husband and I never had a problem with parking, we were always able to park right in front of our door. The grounds are well kept, the pool is always clean and never busy (they have an adult-only pool and one for kids), the trash is well taken care of. I didn't use the laundry facility because we had our own W/D but they looked like they were in pretty good shape. The maintenance was GREAT! We had problems with our hot water heater and they gave us a new one. We were having problems with our A/C dripping and they fixed it right away. They always came the same day or the next and were VERY NICE! We've also never had a problem with the ladys in the office. If you treat them with respect than they will respect you.

The only negative thing I have to say about Sutton Place is that it is across the road from a not nice area. I have never seen people from over there in our complex walking around or using our things but I would recommend locking your doors at night but of course you should do that anywhere you live. I would also like to say that as a young lady I have never felt unsafe living here or have been afraid to go outside by myself.
