Apartment Review for Sutton Place

We have lived here for almost 2 years in a bottom floor apartment. Also SO ready to leave. Maintanence could be better, takes forever to get small things fixed. Been robbed twice; once while we slept. Bikes were also stolen. Can hear neighbors going up and down the stairs at all hours of the night.
