Apartment Review for The Breakers

False advertising, not a gated community, no washer/dryer hook ups, no vaulted ceilings. paint splatters all over rooms, ants, maintenance walks in without knocking, water tastes like s***, Noisy neighbors, blasting music all night, located in bad part of town. Terrible!!! <P>
