Apartment Review for The Breakers

I've been here for a year and a half now. I never had any issues until the new person upstairs came along. I've never had problems with the management. They tend to remember your name and apt # too. Maintenance is usually taken care of quickly. Parking can suck depending on where you're located in the complex. I have never had any issues with safety, people leave their car windows down at night even. What I like about them is that they except any dogs. It's definitely over priced, but I've never had any real problems here. Just a new upstairs neighbor who stomps around. I think anywhere you go, you have a risk of being placed near someone annoying, regardless of any reviews.
