Apartment Reviews for Macalpine Place - Dunedin

I love everything about this place EXCEPT there is no insulation. And my neighbor likes to blair their music for hours and it shakes my walls, rattles things in my room. And there are bugs in the breezeways.

we have lived here 3 years and find the staff/maintenance to be GREAT. Appearance of grounds well kept and buildings are well maintained. Only complaint is poor insulation between units so that noise level is high. UDR MUST ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM,otherwise a great location, and a nice place to live.

I recently had to go to the front office because someone had stolen my motorcycle from the parking lot. I went to talk to a lady named julie. She was to say the least, rude. She did not care and let me know that Macalpine did not care. This however is not the first time I have had a problem this same lady. We have lived here for over 3 years and seen staff come and go, we cant wait for the day she goes. We have also had the police coming through more then normal.

This place is incredible! The apartments are beautiful! It's a pretty new place and the new owners are doing even more to make it better...even painting the whole place. The complex is clean and they actually ENFORCE the rules here..something you dont always find! I even turned someone in to throwing their trash on the ground and the office fined them! that was great! bet they dont do that again. most of us want a clean place that residents care about...the rest of you can go elsewhere. KEEP THE STAFF, they are awesome! and I love my neighbors. move here, you will love it. <P>
