Located extremely close to downtown Fort Lauderdale 4 Forty Flagler Village offers luxury like apartments close to all the urban nightlife attractions. 4 Forty Flagler is a gated community allowing tenants to feel secure in their homes. 4 Forty Flagler has wide assortment of floor options to choose from with apartments ranging from one to three bedroom apartments.

Excellent complex! The staff/maintenance is great! Really enjoyed living here.

We moved here a year ago and will be renewing this year. We are right by Las Olas Blvd. and we love the pool and people here. We would recommend to all. Everyone from the office staff, maintenace and neighbors has been a great experience exspecially Joyce and Joie we love them!
