Review for Boardwalk At Inverrary Apartments

I have seen many renovations in the 2 years living there. The roofs, parking lots, paint; landscaping, the maintenance crew and much of the office personal changed over.
I personally never had a problem with the Management or the Maintenance as I didn’t break anything and paid my rent on time! Actually, they did what they could to keep my family and I happy!
However, I have had more problems with rude neighbors that invite their rude guests and their rude children! I lived in the back of the complex in an end apartment where the noise levels are always unbearable. The traffic up and down the stairs located out side my apartment and the goings on in the stairways crazy at all times of day and night. Sometime xxx rated when I would come home from my night job.
The balcony outside my kitchen window and where my front door is provided a landing spot where people like to hang out, party, loud cell phone conversations, smoke everything under the sun, pee, bang on my door. Yell in the window to me while I am cooking dinner and a few times I caught someone trying to pry the window open as to break in. It was a catchall area. Never a moments peace! The metal doors constantly slamming that vibrate the whole building. Kids running from floor to floor. Loud blasting music and thin walls. Outside blasting music all hours of the day and night.
Many of the tenants had no over all respect for themselves never mind others around them.
Kids blasting off fire extinguishers and pulling the fire alarms, starting fires in the stairways.
It didn’t matter how hard the maintenance/clean- up crew worked to keep the property clean and respectable looking. The people just trash it faster then they could repair or clean. My over all experience for the duration there was a nightmare mainly with the resident’s. Parents with children need to supervise them. Tenants inviting guests are responsible of them and their actions! Should tenants follow the rules and regulations and terms of there lease that everyone signed to live there! Would help. Put trash in the Dumpster provided! Simply follow the rules and use over all good ethic in a way that you are not disruptive to others and place some pride in yourself? If each person would do their part. The maintenance and management wouldn’t be so over loaded and could serve you better!

I lived at this location for 6 year before finally moving. Under the previous management this was a nice complex. Once the new management took over, this place became an utter mess. I also once had to call the health department because of HUGE rats that were nesting in the garbage area. I use to live at the end apartment located by the garbage shoot and somehow one of these HUGE rodents was able to get into my home. It was a horrible experience. There was once a time that the residency peeked to a point where there was no parking, and you were forced to find a convenient spot. One day, I woke up to find that management had my car and several other cars towed, due to their lack of available parking. This place is not as comfortable and nice as it appears.
