Apartment Review for Century East Apartments

Old as fire and owner next door couldn't care less about property and security. Lawn is kept nice, but only in areas visible to street. Interiors are horrendous. Plenty of weed and drug activity in back areas hidden from street. Total eyesore in a good neighborhood.
