This coplex has been far most the worst experience I've ever had renting. Facility advertises high security and comfortable living. Nothing to which I have experienced. My car was stolen from the complex and two neighbors have had thier cars broken into. This place is party central even during the week due to the restaraunt in the complex, which is open to the public. I had to call security numerouse times due to drunk customers from the restaruant. The staff in the office is extremly rude and very unhelpful. And the fumes from the yacht yard are extremly uncomfortable. I do not reccomend this place to anyone.

I moved to The Falls at marina Bay from out of state and this is being just a wonderful experience regardless what angry residents say,this is a wonderful community and the management staff as well as the maintenance staff try really hard to make residents happy.

I have lived in rental communities for the last 8 years and only the staff at marina Bay has called me to see if my maitenece request was completed, this is the only community that offers resident activities that we all enjoy, I have a direct phone number to call the security officer 24/7 and the office staff are always pleasent and very professional.
You won't regret to live here, the facilities are awesome!

I think angry residents are just trying to makethe pace look bad but again this place is great!
