Yes, it is beautiful. However, with beauty I also found violence, investor greed, harassment and terror to get longterm owners to sale for investors to condo flip. It is amazing what people will do for money. I have never seen anything like it in my life nor in all the years I have lived here! I moved after all these years!! All I have now are horrible memories. For years, I thought I lived in a wonderful complex only to find out years later a truthly rude awaking.
