Apartment Review for Sunrise Harbor

My application was turned down do to erroneous information contained in a criminal background check.

The Management would not provide any details...just told me I did not qualify. Later I secured that information from its source.

The information used against me turned out to be of someone else (not even the same gender) who apparently had the same last name and birth date.

According to individual I spoke with, it is normal to list this type of information on the evaluation as an FYI.

Personally I think this rejection was racially motivated.
