Management is rude, Concierage is rude, Fixtures are cheap, Walls are paper thin and whispering neighbors will keep you awake. The tour of the marina is eye-candy, but the buildings and apartmens are expensive and terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Much nicer places exist for much less money...
