Review for Audubon Cove Apartments

Do Not Move Here! This place is a nightmare. You cannot get any repairs done for weeks. That is after having to call the rude bitchy office staff repeatedly. If you are even thinking about moving here, just hang around the mailboxes and ask the current tenants what it is really like here. The buildings are crumbling, the sewars back up almost monthly, you can't get anything repaired and when you call the office, you are greeted with the most condesending rude women I have ever talked to. Don't be fooled by their quick tour around the complex in the green golf cart. Drive through and look closely at the buildings and facilities. Talk to people living here, especially people on the first floor. Ask those people how much noise they have to live with from the people above them. This place is wood framed construction and you can hear EVERY foot step the people above you take. You can hear them doing their thing in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Gross. Again, drive around here and talk to the people who live here, not just the sales pitch from the office.
