Review for Oaks At Omni Apartments

I lived there for 2 years, my place was full of roaches, they never had pest control there even though every month they would give you a flyer saying they were coming, Guess what!!!, they never came, the water heater leaked all over my carpet, the floor and walls became moldy it was like that for over 6 months. The dinning room was out of order for over 6 months because the carpet was so wet, my AC stopped working every 2 weeks and they always found a quick solution. They are horrible when it comes to customer service, they are ghetto and very rude none educated people there are about 3 cops a night there, there is vandalism of vehicles the neighbors smoke pot in the stairways there is loud cars with loud music outside even in the depths of night you can hear them and there drivers blasting music and making noise. The kids are always in the middle of the street bear footed, it looks like you are in a 3rd world country. Its horrible and if that isn't enough!!! When i was there, it was for lower income people, but my rent kept going up for a two bed room i was paying $690 when the normal none lower income apartments in the area where renting for $500 and the new residents would get a special after a month they would increase it and the old residents rent would go up as well!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HELL THERE RESIDENT ARE GHETTO AND THERE FRONT OFFICE IS A WASTE OF TIME! the hallways in the buildings sometimes are dark and they don't even bother changing the lights. I would never recommend any one i know nor would i want any one living in such a dump of a place! There are better apartments out there for a cheaper price!! TRUST ME!!!!!
