If tenants need a quiet place to study that can also provide them with liquid life, Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks are both within a mile. For those beautiful Florida days when all residents want to do is be outside, the Cofrin Nature Park is well within reach. Occupants like the well-kept apartments, as well as the prompt maintenance staff and accommodating management. However, reviews stated that the area can be loud and some felt it was not particularly safe.

Those working at the Emergency Medical Center in the area have a very short and convenient commute just down the road. For coffee addicts, a Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts are near the medical center, with the HoneyBaked Ham Co. nearby as well for a bite to eat. Despite the surrounding greenery, spacious apartments, and nice maintenance crew, a handful of reviewers felt the pest control could be improved and the noise levels were a bit high.

Residents who work at Endodontic Associates or the Magnolia Park Shandes Rehab Center just have to walk a few hundred feet to get to work every morning. If a renter’s workplace is farther away, they have eight bus stops down NW 49th Avenue to choose from to get them to work. Several restaurants are located down the road as well, including Northwest Grille, TASTE, and Schlotzky’s.
