I am the Manager at Asbury Park, and I think it's funny that everyone who leaves their apartment nasty are the first ones to complain what they are charged. We take photos of every apartment, and always offer to send the photos via email. We choose to follow Florida Statute, and communicate in writing, and quite frankly, most people calling to dispute their charges are usually downright RUDE. And if everyone that spent "3 days cleaning" actually used cleaning products, it would make my job much easier. And someone made a comment about the Manager cleaning......? Why yes, I usually do do a final walkthrough before a resident moves in, and if I see cleaning needed- I will take care of it myself. I dont get paid any extra for this- I just like residents to move in to a perfect apartment! That's how we are here at Asbury. Thank you.
