After owning a home for years, I was leery of renting again. I'm so glad we chose Asbury Park. The apartments are very large with really high ceilings and the skylight lets the morning sun in. The garage is great to have as well as the laundry room off the kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and big walk-in closet. The screened porch has pretty much become part of our living area when weather allows. The grounds are kept up nicely and maintenance is taken care of quickly. Nice folks in the office, too. Only gripe I could possible is the price of the rent. Pretty steep! I hope we don't have to move because of that.
It's very quiet here, too. I rarely hear my neighbors and then it's a muted noise. That's a huge plus. I feel safe here, since it's gated and fenced well.
