This place isn't too bad. The only thing the probably bothered me is that the air conditioning here SUCKS!!!! Especially for the room that had the private bathroom. I had to keep 2 fans on just to keep the room livable. I requested to get it fixed and they couldn't do anything about it but the people came quick.
Other than that, the apartment is definately worth the money. I only pay $274 a month plus utilities...no more than $360 a month TOTAL (Cable, internet, elect, water, rent).
They also allowed pets which was a plus and the pet fee was reasonable ($200 one time fee).
