There is no insulation in the walls, I can hear everything and I dont even want to think about what it is doing to my electric bill. The apt is big and parking is not a problem. My roommate and I have put in repair requests several times and they have never been answered. The complex was built very crapy. Based on the noise I dont think it is worth the money.
