This place is noisy. The walls are thin. You always know when the bars have closed downtown, because of the people tramping up the stairs on the other side of your bedroom wall. They also make no attempt to keep their voices down.
Kids from local housing projects scale the fence to utilize the pool and fitness center. (Quite often they don't have to scale the fence because the security gates are often broken and the management does not hurry to repair them.)
If you think you are gaining security by being in a gated communnity think again. The gates are open for weeks at a time.
Management changes frequently.
When we moved in, the carpet was spotted and worn.
Our airconditioner would freeze up, giving us no cool air, but lots of electricty use. This happened on numerous occasions.
We also had plumbing problems with a leak under the sink.
This is not a luxury apartment. It is a little bit of sizzle, but no steak.
They will also not refund your security deposit no matter how clean you leave the aparment and how good a tenant you may be.
Trust me. You can do better than this ripoff. Do your self and all of your friends a favor. Avoid Bellamy Grand.
