The appartment itself is very nice; the management and maintanence are apauling. Good luck if your air conditioner breaks in the summer as mine has several times. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone during the day- calls are usually routed to an answering service because the office is understaffed. At night the answering service fails to pick up, even for emergency mainentance like toilet overflow, etc. When maintenance does come to address service requests, the work is shoddy and unsatisfactory. Last summer I had a problem with bugs getting into my appartment from the sliding glass door. They advised there was nothing they could do to keep the bugs out, other than to board up my sliding glass door. I've had a roach crawl over my face in the middle of the night- twice!
