When I saw the model, I thought I was so lucky to have found such a spacious apartment, so close to the university for the price. When I opened the door to my actual apartment, I was shocked. They were totally different. The model looks new and clean with new applicances. My actual apartment had very old appliances, cracking kitchen tile, and looked like it hadn't be cleaned by the last tenant. The each bedroom had a wall covered with pressed wood and painted white.
Aside from the initial bait and switch, I found the management and maintenance to be quick, friendly and helpful. Overall a good deal.
