Unfortunately I did not find this website before I signed the lease! When I went into the apartment for the first time I was expecting a beautiful, spacious and nice apartment, like the model. I am new to Gainesville and did not know any better. When I stepped foot into the apartment, I was litterally sick to my stomach. Later, I found out that was caused by an A/C system completly laden with mold. When I went to the office about the mold, they acted surprised, "What, mold in the AC??" But as you can see by prior reviews, mold in the A/C is old hat with these crooks! There was puke in two sinks, dingy, piss-smelling carpet, nothing had been touched after the dirtbags before me moved out. There junk and filth as well as pubes and bodily fluids were ever present and by all accounts, had not been disturbed in God knows how long. These people, Paradigm and the managers here are nothing short of two-bit shysters, scumbags of the lowest sort. They show you a beautiful model and then hand you the keys to your dirthole and then proceed to dig there heels in and stonewall when you go screaming back to them five minutes later with there canned response to me and everyone else who recieved a set of keys..."there is nothing I can do right now..." Every time, never fails. I call everyday and get at least three or four explainations for everything that is wrong with the dump! The carpet people are busy, they ran out of carpet, there coming on monday, there coming at the end of the week, bla bla bla bla bla, and still I sit here breathing in the last pig-tenents piss fumes. I honestly dont know how the managment and employees, as well as the owners, sleep at night? They rip off people who never wronged them, never did a thing to piss them off, and boom, they take your cash and throw you into a dump-hole and tell you there is nothing they can do about that now!!!!!!!!!! I swear to the good lord in heaven, I will make it my lifes mission to make sure EVERYONE AND ANYONE knows what a bunch of unethical, morally bankrupt scamsters in that office pay for what they have done. I consider myself to be a nice person and try to do things right, and let me tell you, when these people scammed me, I have never come so close to taking my .40 cal. pistol over there and schooling them on what its like to be on the recieving end of a back-door ravaging, if you know what I mean, but let me say, this neednt happen to you, SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT RENT HERE! IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE BECAUSE IT IS!!!!!!!!!!:(
