cabana beach is basically the apartment complex teh cast of 'Laguna Beach' would live in.
super nice ammenities, nice pool and gym and really pretty clubhouse.
the apartmenst are cute but they are all furnished with VERY basic and mostly uncomfortable furniture. Although the plus is that everything is new bc this place was just built.
what bothered me was the noise. everyone here is a 'spring break asshole' if they're boys and if they're girls they're the sorority type. which is fine but if you're just a normal student liek me it gets annoying. specially when you have to hear partying late at night on weekdays, but i guess that's to be expected from a college town.
it's a little pricey but pretty nicely kept and the maintenance is very quick. i would reccomend it if you like to party.
the ammenities are awesome. but the staff walk into our apartments without asking more than a few time to do 'random inspections'. this really bothered my roomates and i since it is illegal and they shoudlnt enter the residency without your permission or without at leats letting you know first.
overall it was a good first apartment.
