I've lived in Cambridge for a year and a half, and I've seen more employees come in and out of the office than I can count! The employees also do not communicate with each other well, so if you have a complaint, one person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you something else! Ethernet is so bad that we had to buy a new connection on top of the one we pay for in our lease. I needed a new dresser for my furnished apartment when I moved in (since it was broken from the get go), and a year and a half later, I just got one. Maintenance is about the only thing going for this place, since they are timely and they do a good job. You can also hear your neighbors through the walls, so I would not recommend this apartment for anyone who needs to study often!
