For starters, the maintenance is horrible. The actual apartments are decent looking, but for the price you can get something much nicer and closer to school. The bus stop is extremely close which is a plus. There are always cops coming by because of strange drug dealers and cars being broken into. Finally, they decided to put light and if you want to find DNA strands the hot tub is for you! This place has good parking but its not well kept. Hope this helps.
