Now every place has its downfalls, but if I can keep just one victim from living at CC this input is worth it. Firstly, we move in and its not clean since the last nasty ppl lived there...ok now that sometimes happens, I call to have them clean it, they tell me it can me A MONTH.....a month in a nasty apt? great. then we find waxed pubic looking hair in the floor. they come and just try to scratch some of it off to make do...maitenece is sketchy and they are unreliable. they dont get the job done. the whole management is sketchy. oh yea we had a black mold problem that noone would come fix. only after I threatened to call the health dept. did someone come and at least kill the mold. however it was never cleaned after repeat inquiery to do so. they also search your apt. at random times without warning. nothing gets done unless you go straight to the manager first. these are only a few examples but it is NOT WORTH it, live somewhere else ... we moved to hidden lakes and it is amazing how more efficient and businesslike the management here. At CC noone knows a thing and they just try to brush you off with lame answer. When we got a bill for charges when we moved out.... I went down there to see the original bill since that is my legal right, I noticed they had charged almost EVERY apt. which made me wonder....(SCAM). The accountant runs around like a chicken with her head cut off and in the most unprofessional way and speaks in the most unprofessional manner to you and its no wonder shes stuck working in that hell hole. I dobt shes even a CPA. SO be careful guys this place is nothing but sketchy and are just trying to steal your money from the get go. plus while we lived there crime went up, there were a few attacks and the noise was terrible.
