Campus Club has the worst management ever. It's really absurd. They don't give a shit about the students that rent there. The pool looked like crap for months -- they hardly ever cleaned it. The insulation was not good at all -- my roommates and I are paying an extra $1400 for utilities last year, on top of what was included in the apartment.
Overall, I'd say the place looks okay, and the apartments are decent, but the management is really taking advantage of the students here.
