I have lived here for the past two years. 2006-2007 was okay besides my weird random room-mates. The next year 2007-08 has been terrible so far! On move in day I walked in and the apt smelled like mold and must and old socks, it was damp in the place and the air wasn't on, there was also old wet cloths in the dryer. My boyfriend had to help me get out SOME of the roaches because it is infested! He had to buy over 30 bucks in cockroach products and when he sprayed, I'm not even kidding like 100's came out plus babies and these suckers were the biggest nastiest bugs I have ever seen in my life! You think for a renewing customer they would have given me a nicer apt. The maintainence doesnt do anything and they all sit on their golfcarts all day and when thry do come they complain and say "Oh I can't wait for the weekend" what the hell they haven't even don any work. My boyfriend has just gone numerous times and got the parts from the maintence people and done the stuff in my apt himself. The people that work there are to simply put it, DUMB. The pool is unkempt and there are like 10 pool chairs for a capacity of like 80 people. There are random cows that are out by the back near vistor parking and oh I forgot to mention about parking, it sucks for visitors. There are minimal spots and recently they made even less visitor spots but putting storage units in the way. My boyfriend has been towed twice when he parked far away from peoples spots because there were no visitor spaces left. They are inconsiderate and I am disgusted to be living here for the next few months. For your sake do not live here, please!
